What is covered
Shady frames come with a lifetime warranty. It's on top of your two-year legal guarantee, which it doesn't affect.
It covers defects in materials or workmanship in the frame, hinges and lenses: for example a hinge that fails, or a frame that cracks in normal use.
The warranty covers your frames for as long as you, the original buyer, own them.
What is not covered
It doesn't cover scratches, loss or theft, accidental damage (such as dropping, sitting on or bending the frames), normal wear and tear, or damage from misuse or from repairs done by anyone else.
How to claim
Email hello@shadyeurope.com with your order number and a photo of the problem.
We look at your photos and, if we need to, the frames. If the claim is covered, we repair your frames or replace them with the same model, or a similar one if it's no longer made.
If we ask you to send the frames in, you pay to send them to us. We pay to send the repaired or replacement frames back to you.
You'll need proof of purchase: your shadyeurope.com order number, or the receipt if you bought from a shop that sells Shady.
