When you place an order, we email to confirm we've received it. The contract between us starts when we dispatch your order and email you to say so.

You can cancel an order at any time before it's dispatched: email hello@shadyeurope.com with your order number and we'll refund you in full. We may cancel an order if an item turns out to be out of stock or was listed at an obviously wrong price. If we do, we refund you in full.

You can cancel your purchase within 20 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. That is longer than the 14 days EU law requires. To cancel, email hello@shadyeurope.com with your order number before the 20 days are up, then send the items back as our Refund & Returns page explains.

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to take reasonable care. We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer, including the two-year legal guarantee for faulty goods.

These terms are governed by Maltese law, and the courts of Malta can hear any dispute. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of that country's consumer law and can also bring a claim in its courts.
