Orders
How do I know my order went through?
You'll get an order confirmation email straight away. If it hasn't arrived, check your spam folder or email hello@shadyeurope.com.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, until it's dispatched. Email hello@shadyeurope.com with your order number.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal.
Do you have gift cards?
No, we don’t sell gift cards.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Free in Malta. €15 to the rest of the EU.
Do you offer express delivery?
Not at the moment. Malta orders arrive in 1–3 working days and EU orders in 5–10 working days after dispatch.
Which countries do you ship to?
Malta and every other EU country.
How long will my order take?
Malta: 1–3 working days after dispatch. Other EU countries: 5–10 working days.
Returns
Can I return my sunglasses?
Yes. You have 20 days to return your order.
How do I start a return?
Email hello@shadyeurope.com with your order number within 20 days of receiving your order. Our Refund & Returns page has the details.
When will I get my refund?
Within 14 days of your return reaching us, to your original payment method.
Warranty
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Defects in materials or workmanship in the frame, hinges and lenses, for as long as you own your frames. See our Warranty page.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Email hello@shadyeurope.com with your order number and a photo of the problem.
